I have used Alaska mini storage off and on since 2009, I recently moved and still have a unit. It can be scary to think about leaving your belongings 4000 miles away non the less in Alaska. But I am feel so confident in the care and safety of my belongings. The staff communicate so well with you via email or text. There is no reason for you not to know what is going on with your accounts with them, Chelsea is amazing with communication and I apricate her so much!“

Rented a unit with them for several years. Had a great experience, reasonable pricing (rates did go up while I was renting but I felt it wasn’t excessive) and great customer service. The driving/parking areas were always plowed and cleared of snow, hours to access was always good enough for me.
Only thing that I can think of that was a bit of a downside was having to wait to switch to a different size unit because there was a waiting list — but for good reason! Would definitely recommend AMS for anyone looking for a storage unit facility in Fairbanks!
